The Westbury Hotel

The property is pretty, the staff amazing, and the drinks were wonderful. My complaint is that the noise. So much noise from outside and neighbors. The walls are extremely thin. The next door guests had a baby, and that baby didn't want to sleep between 10pm to 6am.

I normally never leave reviews but this time I must. I came to Dublin for a very fast trip while on vacation in London (I live in California). From the minute I stepped into the hotel the staff took exceptional care of me with everything from reservations to recommendations and made me feel welcomed. I travel alone as a female often and these little touches make ALL the difference. I made the decision to come back to Dublin with my kids for a longer stay next time - and stay at this exceptional property in the heart of EVERYTHING- because of THIS trip! Thank you thank you to EVERYONE at the hotel - you you have no idea how much you made the difference from a good stay to an unbelievably GREAT stay!!

Spent 2 nights with my family of 5 and the hotel was great. The location can’t be beat - you walk out of the lobby into the heart of Dublin. The hotel is well appointed and the staff are amazing from the bellmen to the front desk staff. Thanks for an amazing stay.

the westbury is like a second home to my family and i . the staff is amazing , the rooms are great and sidecar is a place to go grab the best cocktail in town . so, what are u waiting for !!!!???

Hotel is fine - a little dated now but attentive We had a room between two families and the children would not sleep and very noisey Not hotels fault but I thought they should have taken it into Account when placing our room

Service was impeccable and staff very friendly. Main areas were plush and 5 star but the room which was facing the back street had 3 issues. 1. Super noisy from people on the street outside so needs to be upgraded to soundproof windows to get any sleep, 2. In the middle of the night the aircon/heating system woke us up with a whirring noise as water passed through it, 3. Shower was only luke warm in the morning. We had an additional problem whereby a family next door were screaming and shouting at 12am but on calling front desk they dealt with that promptly. The above issues were communicated to front desk and they dealt with it very well giving us free parking and breakfast and really demonstrated their customer obsession by throwing in a voucher for a free night in the future. Outside of the room issues the hotel has incredible staff, atmosphere and our dining experience was second to none.
