There were some teenage kids playing kickball against the building (the ball hit my window on a couple of occasions) and no one did anything until i called down to say something at which time they called the police. About 15 minutes later the kids were gone. It is on a slightly busy street and is near student housing so there is street noise. The windows are very drafty

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent, the property was beautiful with great artwork all over. The location was perfect.
