My family loved the hotel! Very nice.

The location is good. When I arrived, I was surprised to see that they were redoing the lobby. I had quite a few relatives coming in for a wedding and was worried the place was going to be upside down but they were able to finish what they were doing, and it did not disrupt the family wedding. The junior suite we were in was lovely and very spacious. The bed was comfortable and all of the necessary bathroom amenities included. A big breakfast buffet was available. The food was adequate, but nothing great. I would’ve passed on it if my husband had not wanted to have a large average breakfast, I would’ve rather gone out or just had a coffee and pastry at the lobby coffee bar. The staff was very helpful.

We upgraded to the Executive King and we’re super happy we did so. The bed was amazing. We slept like babies. The amenities, the bathrobe and the Nespresso machine were, wonderful. we also had access to the executive lounge for light snacks, bottled water, and sodas, beer and wine, which was lovely after coming back to the hotel from a day of walking around Dublin. The staff members were all super nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Alex hotel experience was excellent. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional on all aspects of our care. The room was very clean. The amenities were a nice touch. Loved our stay there and would recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located with excellent service. Gym facility (hard to fin in Irish hotels) was incredible. We had a junior sweet for three of us. The decor and amenities were luxurious.
