The room was clean but it is not suitable for 3 people to stay in. We had a double bed and a single in the room. There was no place to put our clothes for the week. We had to leave our suitcases on the floor, re-arrange furniture to make room and continuously step over luggage when walking through. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rest of the hotel was perfect, it’s just that the room was way too small and I would not consider it a family room one bit.

We came on a family trip with my mother and reserved family conjoining rooms but when we arrived they didnt have any. But they were accomodating to put us on the same floor. There was also a payment issue when we arrived - this seemed to be more an issueswith Hotels.com than the actual hotel. Overall the rooms are pretty small for a family, the showers have a weird opening where a door should be which caused water to pool on the floor every time we took a shower. Our room was SO humid and the thermostat wouldnt go down past a certain temperature. Really great location in Dublin. The added breakfast is worth it and the restaraunt had some of the best hotel food Ive ever had

This is not a 4 star hotel. No water in the rooms. Sub-par toiletries. Not to mention we were put into a family room rather than the booked double- resulting in my partner being almost entirely unable to negotiate his way around the room. Woefully disappointed and NOT worth the €100+ per night.

I got placed in an accessible room which was not what I paid for or requested. The bathroom was moldy, smelly and the sink was for children. The outlets in the room didn’t work. The room was dusty and smelly. I asked to be moved to the room size/type I paid for, but the management refused. I’d avoid this hotel.
