Stayed here with my husband and 2 teens. A lovely stay - very roomy, clean and each child had their own bed. The hotel was right in the city centre - everything was at hand and walkable distance. Highly recommend.

Brilliant experience. Excellent check in services. We arrived out of schedule and were still accommodated. We needed a cot and forgot to pre-book - staff searched around and found one. Every time we ran into staff they remembered my toddler's name, held open the doors, provided high chairs for dining. The hotel itself is perfectly located - center to everything, but just outside busy traffic and noise.

We stayed here as a family in 2 twin rooms. One room a bit smaller than the other, but it was for sole occupancy, so it wasn’t a big deal. Rooms comfy and well appointed, yea/coffee bits nd bobs. Vending machine in foyer for extra drinks. 3 lifts. Check in was quick. Overall pleasant stay and I would recommend.

The location was OK. Many places to walk to for food, but lots weren't open on the weekend for breakfast or at all. Parking was pricy, but did get a bit of a discount from the front desk. Room had a double and two twins, which for a family of four was great. Not a ton of extra floor space for suitcases. Desk was always fully staffed but processing customers was slow. Area a bit sketchy. Stayed there twice. The second time the wifi was total garbage - must have been a bad location.

The hotel had a decent location but was dirty. Our bathroom had mold all over the ceiling and smelled horrible and had a spider in the shower. The shower curtain had someone else’s boogers on it and the towels were stained. We paid for breakfast the night before but then we’re asked multiple times if we had paid. They also questioned the age of my children thinking I was lying to them to get a cheaper rate. My parents (the kids grandparents) even brought their passports to the manager to prove their age. The rest of my family was double charged for breakfast. It was just overall a very bad experience and a terrible way to end out lovely trip. We will definitely NOT stay there again.

Highly recommend was in Dublin for killers concert and amongst the chaos of a 8 long french family all complaining about not getting breakfast for free they found time to check us in early so we could get room early before bus to concert. Very central, bar next door has a great beer garden and sells good pizza! If I was in Dublin again I'd book again!
