Staff were amazing and helpful. Noisy kids running around very late was dealt with very well. I needed a hotel for a night and this was the nearest, if I had kids travelling with me it would have been ideal

I could not fault this hotel in any way. Very clean and well run. Beautiful facility. Bar food and breakfast excellent and staff very professional. Exceptionally spacious family room. Enniscrone village is not a nice environment though, depressing and neglected in appearance. We love anywhere near the ocean, however enniscrone is very run down and lacks character. I wouldn’t return to it. Stopped of in mullaghmore en route home and it’s breathtaking, love it.

Fabulous hotel to come with a young family. The boys loved the room with their bunk beds and TV just for them. The supervised play room in the evening was such a treat for mammy and daddy too. Dinner and breakfast were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were huge and airy, clean and comfortable. Our wet room was a little dated, the tiled floor was rough on the feet and all 'handles' were rusted. when we were getting ready for the wedding party, the bathroom light became very dim, so make up and shaving were impossible, no maintenance on a Sunday, so we had to wait until Monday. The food was excellent especially at the wedding, and breakfast was substantial. Overall though we had a fabulous stay, would definitely return, especially because we have lots of family in Ballina!

I came to this hotel I had bad experience in the hotels around Ballina and this wasn't any better experience. Hotel located in the nice spot and that's it of the positives. At the check in I specifically asked for quite room as I need to be fresh for work next morning. I got huge family room on the ground floor what a waste of space single lad got a room with 2 double beds and one single. Ok I said to myself it's probably quiet at the end of the corridor. I went to bed at 9:45pm and at 10pm everything had started. Someone had smashing does of their room as well as some kids start banging to my door and when I walked to corridor they runs away. At 11pm fire alarm went on for a short period of time but 5 times in between 11pm and 12am I rang reception to find out that is nothing to be worried just random alarm fault. At 1 am some lad walked in to my room just like that to inform me that he made a mistake and entered wrong room....how he's key work with my door😳. Hotel restaurant very reasonable price wise but food below average. Stake ordered midium and got well done. Chips are made on the super old oil black and smelly. Chicken Wings sold as crispy and spicy were defrosted in some microwave as they were super dry and the only spice on them was 2 slices of red pepper. At the end I ordered espresso and I got full cup of coffee with explanation that someone pressed wrong bottom at the coffee machine and I will be charged for espresso only. At 6am baby start crying. Never again..
