Absolutely amazing from the minute we checked in to the minute we left, we brought our two kids and the treatment they received from every member of stay was amazing

The hotel, it's location and it's amenities are great and well looked after. We had a lovely spacious family room however there was no air-conditioning. A Dyson and an oscillating fan were provided but our room was so hot. Hardly any of us slept and we had to sleep with the two fans on all evening. We would have opened windows however the family room windows opened out onto a flat roof (same with some other hotel rooms) and with small children there was concern over them climbing out or someone being able to climb in. It was such a shame as the location, facilities, breakfast were all great but with a really terrible night of sleep it really impacted our stay. We mentioned the room temp to the receptionist who advised us none of the rooms had Aircon. There was no option to move room. Sadly it appears no one with small children has thought through the risk of the flat roof.

My family had a very comfortable stay in the hotel. We ate dinner at a bar outside but had breakfast which was one of the best that I've ever eaten. Leisure facilities were brilliant as well.

Excellent Hotel. Handy for Dublin either by train or by car. Food excellent and reasonably priced. Very clean throughout. Great housekeeping. This was our second visit as a family and it's unlikely to be the last.

Great location for families - away from the hustle of Dublin but with great transport links. Staff friendly and efficient. Great breakfasts.

Excellent family friendly hotel . We stayed in family rooms very spacious and very comfortable beds . Food was lovely with very friendly staff and spotlessly clean . Great kids club for to keep your kids entertained . Overall great stay only small problem was heat in rooms but a fan was provided.

Our stay was not so pleasant, we came away for a quite break, to get away from home, for a couple of nights after the loss of our child. The noise in this hotel was appalling the bar area was packed out, at nights the noise kept us from sleeping properly. What we thought was going to be a couple of days to switch off turned into a stressful break. On the last night we couldnt get parked because there were that many people in the bar of the hotel, bus loads arrived. We went to reception explained we had to park across the bicycle bay, leaving enough room for bikes still, she said it was ok to park there as it was hotel ground. Next morning we came out to the car being clamped, the guy who unclamped the car said it was reception told him to do this, after them agreeing it was ok for us to park. One positive was the room was clean and comfortable if it wasnt for the noise.

Stayed for 2 nights overall had a pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great with a wide range of food and drinks available. The family pool was good, kids enjoyed it. There is a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi in the family area too. Great location, handy to shops etc and not far from attractions like Dublin Zoo and Emerald Park. The family room was very spacious, clean with a large shower. Iron, iron board, storage and hairdryer supplied. A mini fridge would be a great addition though! Our biggest complaint was that there was no AC in our room. The room was very hot. It was nearly unbearable and very uncomfortable to try and sleep in. There is a fan in the room and we requested another (which we got within minutes) but they didnt help at all.
