Two adults with 2 children, 10 and 5. The family room was wonderful, similar to a typical American sized hotel room. Tub was large and deep.

We came to Galway to meet up with an online friend. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were friendly. Especially Karen from the housekeeping team who treated us like family. It's a very accessible hotel and not far from town, about a 10/15 minute walk or an affordable short taxi trip. The beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were faultlessly clean. I would stay here again

Our second mid term staying there. Our room was a little more dated this time around but was on a different floor. We were at the front of the hotel this time so a little noise for kids trying to get to sleep. All that said we still have a lovely stay!
