Amazing friendly and informative staff. Room for small family was so comfortable and clean. Pool was great too.

Outstanding service made this five stars for us. We had two rooms and six people, two of which were young children, and the staff made every aspect of our stay hassle free. We ultimately loved it so much we decided to extend the stay an extra day. Once again, this was done without any hassle whatsoever. I wanted to particularly call out Ryan for his friendliness and helpfulness. Both our kids got sick on the trip and Ryan was so helpful and gracious in helping us navigate that. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable with nice food and good service. Unfortunately you’ve to pay for parking which I feel should be included in your stay. Some notice about the pool closed to kids from 6pm would be beneficial also. Perhaps to be included in the booking information. The pool itself is very nice and clean. Overall though we love this hotel and will absolutely return.

Incredible staff could not do enough for the family. Great location. Breakfast was delicious and pool facilities enjoyed by whole family. Can’t wait to go back!!

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. However, Beware of misleading advertising on hotels.com regarding children under 11 stay free if using existing bedding. I initially booked for 2 adults. Room came with 2 double beds and due to personal reasons I ended up having to bring my 2 young children. Hotel told me that I would have to book a family room, staying that 2 double beds was not a sufficient size room for 2 adults and 2 kids, which contradicted what was advertised. After discussion, the hotel did accommodate us in this adequately sized room, but not without effort from me. I’m not sure who is in the wrong between website and hotel but I think this should be clarified. Hotel were polite and obliging and there was not any major issue when I argued it, but I think they need to change the advertising. This did not take from our stay. Beautiful hotel. Great location. Staff were lovely.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. My family and I have stayed there twice now. It is only about a 5-10 minute walk into the City Centre (English Market and one of the Hop On-Hop Off Tour bus stops). There are 2 great breakfast/lunch places even closer. It is just out by the University and was nicely quieter than right in the City Centre. The local vibe was diverse and inviting. There is ample parking and the10 Euro daily parking fee is fair. The rooms are modern, clean and big. The restaurant and pub are very nice, as is the outdoor deck. The kids loved the very big swimming pool. The 20 Euro room credit was a nice touch to buy mom and dad a drink. All in all, the place is exceptional and we will definitely return. Cork itself is clean, vibrant and interesting. It was a great trip.

Hotel is spotless and comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city but is in walking distance from the centre. However, there were several irritants that impacted our stay negatively. Firstly, several families with young, screaming kids were allowed to play in the corridors. Second, we asked if it was possible to simply have a coffee and croissant in the morning and were told " no" as a full breakfast was being served for 22 Euros per person. We later saw several people eating a " light " breakfast with coffee at the bar. This option was not offered to us as they were trying to push the breakfast at 22 Euros. Thirdly, we had very little time to visit the Cork Jail and asked for a taxi. Although the taxi was called, several guests in the queue jumped ahead of us. There was absolutely no control, no valet or concierge outside to help in organizing and respecting some sort of priority on who got a taxi. I returned inside to ask if they could call another taxi as we were tight on time. Apparently, the wait time was at least an additional 15 minutes which no longer left us enough time to visit. This was most disappointing as we had 24 hours in Cork.
