Was a great property to stay. I found it great value for the location. Staff were friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only small criticism is that they don’t get the additional requests that you make at the time of booking so we had to wait a few hours for a cot for our baby.

We were staying because my husband was running in the Cork Marathon. The location was excellent for our purposes. Check in was easy, the room was fine. It was insanely expensive for the two night stay coming to €655 for the two of us and our 4 year old. We paid it as there was no option all the ither hotels were booked. It was a busy weekend in Cork. When we came home from the marathon the room had not been serviced but we figured they woulld do it later. When we got back from our early dinner at 7pm it was still not serviced. Our 4 year old was ready for bed so we couldn't get it serviced at that time. The reception sent up fresh towels and a few bottles of water. They said they would speak to the cleaning staff. There was no mention of it in check out and we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay. I had to go back and ask for an invoice/ receipt. While playing in the room on the morning of check out my child accidentally moved one of the beds (it was in wheels) there was an empty biscuit packet and a dirty tissue under the bed that were not from our stay.

The property was in an ideal location, minutes walk into shops and very close to the marina market (a favourite visit when we're in cork). Breakfast was grand, there was plenty available on offer and something for everyone. The bar menu didnt have much on offer. The kids menu was also limited, our son is dairy intolerant and all that was available to him was fruit or chips.

We paid 500eur for a family room for nights. This did include parking (which was off site) nor breakfast. This already felt steep, but the real issues were around cleanliness and service. There were rubbish bags and filled up trolleys in the corridors on both days of the stay. The rooms are only cleaned every three days, because of COVID but there were no other COVID measures so it felt like they were just trying to save money. If you needed extra towels, teas etc you had to

Not a great experience tbh We won't be staying at Jurys inn again. We as a family have often stayed at Jurys pre cover and it was shocking to find out we could not pay cash on check in and for the food we had. We almost were unable to stay as had cash on us. The food was awful and the price was terrible. We paid 90 euro for 3 dishes and 3 drinks. all worth no moe than 50 euro.

Excellent location in centre of Cork within short walking distance of all amenities. Lovely hotel and room. Just a few minor things I wanted to flag up: - Cleaning is now only done every 4 days. I understand this is because of COVID, but I felt that the most minimal cleaning was done (i.e., replacing towels). Floor wasn't vacuumed, bathroom wasn't cleaned and sheets weren't changed - The brand of tea and coffee served in rooms is absolutely disgusting and pretty much undrinkable - We checked in online into a family room overlooking the river. This room wasn't ready on arrival so we were given a smaller twin instead. A little disappointing
