This hotel was amazing from the minute we arrived. The staff were all amazing and greet you everytime and all requests are followed up immediately. Would definitely come back and stay here and recommend to all people, families and couples.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Never felt so welcome at a hotel before. The cleanliness and the attention to detail is second to none. I just met the staff and I already feel like family! I couldn’t asked for a better safe, clean, friendly, and great tasting food might I add from a hotel.

Owned by the Marriot group, they do it well, clean, wonderful food, great pool, staff give it a family feel.

The property is noisy at night if you have children, food is ordinary. Wouldnt recommend if your looking for a family, do not get the plunge pool its too cold and no patio. Staff are very friendly though and easy walk to shopping at garlic lane.

+Good location, near Kuta area, Beachwalk Shopping Center and restaurants. 30-40min drive from airport depending of the traffic. +Friendly and always smiling staff. +Nice and clean beach but most for surfing. +Air condition, Wi-Fi, Hair dryer, Refrigerator with free soda and water, Coffe machine, Iron, and TV with many channels. +Good breakfast (see pictures), also got a suprise birthday cake at the breakfast with the staff singing =) +Big swimming pool, shower and toilet below so can use the swimming pool after checking out too. +Big gym. +Not many kids at the hotel which is good. I recommend this hotel very much.
