The Magani Hotel and Spa - CHSE Certified

The Magani was perfect for my family of 5. The staff at the resort were so friendly, kind and ever so helpful. Will return in a heartbeat!

The Magani met, or exceeded, our expectations in many ways. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The spa was great as was the pool. The breakfasts and other meals were outstanding. Staff members were incredibly friendly and adept at recalling names. In particular, we appreciated Sari, Tirana, and Dessy. The location was also excellent. Our only negative was the volume of music and the shows. We do not feel that Drag Queen shows are appropriate entertainment for a family friendly hotel. And the music was so loud that it was impossible to have a quiet, romantic dinner.

Magani arranged pick up to hotel from airport. It was once again a great place to stay. Service 5 star and location in walking distances to beach and shops and restaurants ,bars. Staff were always there to helping you with minor things. We would recommend to familys and couple it has everything you need and ticks all the bixes. Price is very reasonable.

Very loud due to bands/performances in the evening and drunk people in the pool - could hear them yelling and carrying on multiple times throughout the afternoon/evening even with the door shut. Booked 2 rooms and they were placed on different levels after selecting interconnecting rooms.. Staff we able to rectify this but only midway through our trip we had to switch rooms - didn't get interconnecting but were next to each other. Not a very family friendly hotel. Breakfast isn't as good as it use to be. Drag show was really good!

The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Great location. Pool only gets sun for a few hrs in the middle of the day. Dog and baby in the neighbouring area (not the hotel) woke me every morning at 6am Gym was simple but good. Food is great but not 24hr room service only till about 9pm.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left all the staff, from house keeping, to restaurant, to bar staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pool bar and general pool are was excellent, the ladies at the Spa were so good and knew their job very well, dinner was excellent. One thing that stood out for me was breakfast, the selection of food from Asian to European, pastries, to special drinks all included, breakfast was delicious. The Magani will definitely be our hotel of choice for the wife and I breaks away without our kids, it was so relaxing and refreshing. Thank you to all the staff

We had a family crisis go on at home while we were there, having access to the office space for zoom calls was so helpful. Rooms are clean and the pillows are the best I've ever slept on! Didnt enjoy the drunken antics of a group of younguns that were removed from the property-correct action taken. Its a lovely venue to stay in and very central, would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel, the bar could be opened little later though (closes at 10pm). Good spa with sauna, steam and jacuzzi!! All very very clean, staff are ways cleaning which is a plus! Not a lot going on in the pool which is good because it then doesn't attract kids, many of the people we spoke to would have been deterred by kids, although ideal for parents with babies with plenty of shade and only one entrance/exit through main reception which is guarded by security 24hrs, so very safe and parents can see/reach baby from pool! Range of ages were here which worked well and good music at pool bar, we were allowed to plug our own phones in too! They should make more of the party potential during the day, even if only for a few hours, that would get the vibe going!
