Respati Beach Hotel - CHSE Certified

My family stayed here for 4 nights. The staff are very polite, helpful and welcoming. The included breakfast was simple, but good & tasty. The location is very convenient , ie. right at the beach, easy access to many restaurants & bars at the beach. The pool is small, and there is no gym available. My room is ok, except the foyer light was missing (very dark to find room at night. This property is in need of major Reno.

I absolutely loved raspati the staff we super, the breakfast was delicious and the location was amazing, not many little children was nice. The bed was so bloody uncomfortable and that would be my only thing i didnt like.. But overall our week was great. Thankyou for a great experience

We were visiting family in Perth Western Australia and chosen to take a weeks stay in Bali unfortunately no-one told us about the Nyepi Day, religious ceremony which meant hat we had to stay in our hotel compound from 6am to 6am the following morning, not even being able to visit the beach. I believe as a company you should have been aware and informed us of these restrictions, however we were only made aware of it a couple of days prior to the event. It did affect our stay in Bali as even the only English speaking television channel was switched off for the day. We look forward to your comments
