We have stayed here before and this experience has just reinforced our decision to return. We were welcomed like family, treated amazingly by all staff. I had my birthday while staying here, the staff decorated the room and delivered flowers for me. It was very special! Everyone I speak to all say the same thing, the special feeling that Bumi creates for guests is just amazing.

It was great to return to Bumi Ayu Bungalows, post covid I am happy to report that they are still as amazing, welcoming and friendly. I can truly say it is our second home and we are welcomed as family. Each time I return im also greeted by other returning guests who like us return again and again, each building great friendships. A true gem of a property with family at its heart.

Fantastic family run hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary afternoon tea everyday beside the pool is absolutely delightful. Highly recommend this hotel.

First time in Bali and stayed at Bumi Ayu Bungalows. It's tucked away down a lane, but only a few minutes walk from the main street of Sanur, so close to shops, restaurants and across the road from the beach. It was fantastic. Beautiful grounds, perfectly clean, staff very friendly and excellent food in the restaurant. It was so nice and quiet, as hardly any kids were there. Pool area fantastic, with happy hour every afternoon. Rooms very comfortable and clean. We were so impressed, that we've booked another holiday there for 2018. Good to be away from the hustle and bustle, but not so far away that it's hard to get anywhere. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.
