Prama Sanur Beach Bali - CHSE Certified

I stayed for 5 nights with my daughter and sadly we both felt we needed to spend as much time awaynfrom the hotel as possible. A few of the mornings the breakfast was made overly busy with people at the events at the conference centre on site. Most of the food was poor quality too so opted to pay to eat elsewhere the last morning. On the booking, as a gold member it stated free late checkout where available, the hotel reception however insisted that whilst late checkout was available it would be chargeable. The kids facilities are very dated, not like on the pictures, so be aware of this. It is however in a decent location. I was due to stay again later in the year with more family but now looking at alternatives.

Like all the others have said it is very outdated and desperately in the need of renovation. In case that is not a problem it is perfect for a family vacation. They have 3 different kids pools, one with nice slides. Also there is a swing on the beach and small but nice kids Club. They rent bikes with child seat. The staff is very friendly. We had dirty bed sheets when we arrived and they arranged us new room with a sea view.

Wonderful hospitality from all the stuff I’ve met. Beautiful white sand beach with clear water. Fantastic children pool. Nice bread and local food at the breakfast.

Prama was terrific - in an excellent location on the beach and close to many restaurants and eateries. The beach is nice enough to swim and there are a multitude of water based activities. The breakfast buffet is next level. The pool is wonderful and there is a fabulous kids pool. This is a very kid friendly resort - we didn’t travel with kids and the adults pool limited interaction with other peoples kids. The rooms were nice and quiet and there was a nice balcony. Front desk arranges tours and transfers - staff are sooooooo friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Great place for the location, right on the beach with good pool. Good for families.

Good breakfast buffet and lovely restaurant staff. Rooms and furnishings are showing their age - looking a bit tired. Some pillows stained and smelled. Good gym, great kids pool, big main pool. Disappointed that morning group fitness classes no longer operate ("because of Covid"). Strange power setup in rooms; when the key card is removed the power to all points except the bathroom lights is switched off, which makes it difficult to charge phones and other devices. Internet access comes and goes, so continually logging in. Food and drink prices are of course more expensive than the surrounding restaurants and bars, but reasonable.

Location, good buffet breakfast and Bamboo Bar happy hours were the best features. The downside being the hotel rooms are very tired and both swimming pools need to be refurbished along with the kids pool slides.
