The hotel room did not look like the pictures at all. It was much smaller, dirty, smelled, and had a horrible view of the back of a small, unkept temple. I tried asking for an upgrade, knowing I’d have to pay for the different in room price, and the front desk only offered the most expensive family suite which was 5x the cost of the room I booked. I ended up just staying for one night and then booking a different hotel for the rest of my stay, knowing I wouldn’t get a refund. When I went to checkout early, the front desk said I won’t be getting a refund since I stayed for one night already, but could’ve if I never stayed that one night…. Very dishonest of her to not have mentioned that when I initially reached out about how dissatisfied I was. I had even mentioned I’d be looking for a different hotel room. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Overall a good small to midsize hotel in terms of friendly staff, nice, spacious ocean view room, great buffet breakfast, nice pool. My family stayed in smaller rooms with no view, but still a good value. The facility is still fairly new, the location is in a great spot directly across of the beach and seafood restaurants. Beautiful sunsets! For shopping, dining, other activities you need transportation. Great hotel if you want a quieter location away from the busyness of Kuta and Seminyak. The only concerns were the extremely low lighting in the rooms and the floors needed to be mopped more frequently.

Very polite and friendly staff. They saw my special request that prepare a birthday surprise for my mother, they deco the room and send us a cake which make me and my family so surprise! :) Thank you for being such friendly and nice. The breakfast still need to improve as I stayed this hotel 2 nights, but they serve the exactly same buffet breakfast without changing menu. The roof top bar is nice and so chill.
