What an incredible hotel, and wonderful group of Staff. Special mention to Danan who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The food was 9.5/10, the room was 10/10, the pool vibe was incredible. Don’t think twice - this place is world class and perfect for families

The hotel is very modern and beautifully designed. The lobby gives you a lovely overview of the resort. The check in was very efficient. My brother has difficulty with walking and uses a pair of crutches, due to childhood polio. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that we were upgraded to a higher category rooms, rooms on level 1, which is on the same level of the restaurants and swimming pool, but also with direct access to the beautiful lagoon pools. I booked rooms with lagoon views only. That was indeed a very thoughtful and kind gesture from the hotel, which we were grateful. The rooms are just stunning. It’s so spacious and beautifully appointed. The bathroom is especially lovely, huge with separate shower, toilet, bathtub. The marble wall is beautiful. The walk-in wardrobe is big. There’s a lovely lounge, and of course, balcony with direct access to the huge lagoon pools. The Bamboo Chic restaurant serves a delightful buffet breakfast, with a good variety of local and Western dishes. Across the road from the back of the hotel are a row of seafood restaurants on Muaya Beach, where many people congregate around dusk to watch sunset. The seafood was cheap and delicious. The staff are absolutely lovely and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this lovely hotel to any visitor to Bali who wish to stay at the Jimbaran area.

Location is not bad!pool is beautiful, good for family and couple of u like to spend time in poolside. Bathtub hot water is not hot enough Only one thing I felt cheated was the cab they call for us charge me expensive price cuz they say it’s near and I have to pay more(bell captain ) but after I arrived the destination I found out it’s just not near,it’s only like 3 mins away,and other cab they only charge by meter,cheap and reasonable. If the driver charge me more I can understand the way how they work in Bali,but hotel bell captain should not help those driver to cheat tourist
