Best stay! Its family friendly! Super comfortable! The service is great! The concierge was excellent with planning our outings!!

My partner and i absolutely loved this resort! The grounds are huge, very nice food and amazing staff. Our room was impeccable and we went during low season so the resort was empty. Poolside beds were such a vibe. Highly recommend for couples and families!

Great family friendly hotel situated right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets! Fab play park. Spacious rooms and lots of facilities. Lovely spa! We were placed quite a walk away from the lobby which was a slight challenge with a baby! But good access with lifts etc. Main pool was sadly closed for our visit. Very quiet during our stay.

Such a wonderful stay. Every staff member was so incredibly kind and helpful. The grounds are stunning and immaculately maintained. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Very child friendly and lots of lovely little touches to make them feel welcome. We will definitely be back for another family holiday

It’s a huge property! Very beautifully appointed. Staff is very attentive, personable and efficient. Our breakfast buffet was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the Italian restaurant and came back for the Sunday Brunch with live music! The Sunset Bar and Grill was beautiful at night and offered live music. I especially enjoyed my hamburger that night. We can back another night with family. I missed out on the dancers on all you can eat fish night. I hope that your special nights like that are much more advertised. We almost missed out on the Spa! A beautiful environment with areas that are free to visit and use. Luckily we were stopped at the beach and were told about the spa and lounge areas. Lunch can also be ordered at the Spa! We did have a massage that was a wonderful ending to our trip to Bali! Very much recommended!

Club pool had screaming children in it and had to complain to management who did nothing. Intercontinental Dubai club specifically states no children in pool but Bali state that they don’t publish their policy which is very misleading. Spoilt what was a nice trip.

Beautiful property! The amount of dining options was wonderful. Loved the location to the airport. The beach water is rough swimmers beware. Myself and my husband are pretty good swimmers and even we had some difficulty. I wouldn't allow my kids to swim in those waters. The room was beautifully appointed. We were given a beach facing room which was lovely. The amenities were nice. For Bali the price is pretty high considering but worth the pricetag due to location and amenities. The pools were beautiful and plentiful. They do not have enough chairs to lounge poolside or beach side. I noticed they would bring out beanbag like chairs to accommodate guests. It's a family resort so expect kids running around and occupying the pool bar. All in all I highly recommend this resort.

I visited my friends at their resorts and they seemed nice as well, but here is what stood out to me about the InterContinental Bali: the food served, the staff member's friendliness and knowledge of things in the area, and the beauty of the grounds. The highlights for me were the breakfast buffet, room size, amenities, and the area outside of the hotel had several options for shopping and dining of all kinds. It was very easy to get rides via GoJek or GRAB from this location and felt pretty central to things to do without going far from the "city/airport". My biggest complaints are: the hotel is not very wheelchair/stroller friendly, there were very large and very small ants in the room bed and I only kept baby formula in the room, and it wasn't clear what areas I couldn't access on the resort, so I was escorted out of areas in the beginning. The biggest problem was the giant ants in my bed would wake me up and I wasn't sure how to get them to stop coming in the bed since I wasn't sure what attracted them. Overall, the property is huge, very nice, and in a great area. I would recommend this as a 8/10.

All of staff are amazing and they are ready to here from you. Building looks a bit old but well-maintained. Foods are amazing in different restaurants. Beach Sunset restaurant and Garden Restaurant are the best place to have dinner with beautiful sunset with your valuable people or person. When you feel tired during swimming, please enjoy your drinks at the pool bar. It’s also a good hydration time. Kick your stress off at the place. My family has a wonderful time at this hotel and my son has really unforgettable memories. He is missing Bali and this hotel.

i think my room's equipments are old and sometimes didnt work well. i had to ask for help,even though stuff are nice. my kid couldnt eat bali traditional foods,i`ve ordered extra charge's menu but they didnt charge us.so kind
