Very courteous hotel staff all across providing excellent service. Our concierge Sanjeev was excellent. They take care of all your needs. Food was very good. I will definitely go to back to this hotel and recommend to family and friends.

Not impressed. Book this for my family as a gift. At check in they had a room that was not acceptable. Hair in the tub, stain on the bed. Not impressed!

We booked 2 suites for my wife's b'day weekend but left early with a horrible experience. As we were traveling with an infant, we had requested nonsmoking rooms, but the rooms reeked of smoke. It took them 6 hours after multiple calls and visits to the front desk to give us the rooms while we had to wait at the bar with a 3-month-old baby. The staff completely lacks pro-activeness and responsiveness to its guests. We could barely sleep at night because of the loud music from their club. The staff on duty handled the situation miserably, requiring constant follow-ups until 130am. The following day, we had to chase the front desk to check if this would continue again, and we were offered alternate rooms, but we were again left waiting for 2 hours with no action. Having wasted all of the previous day and the entire morning, exhausted from chasing the staff, we were in no mood to continue our stay. We expressed our wish to cut short our stay and check out to the Duty Manager, but she left the conversation midway without excusing herself as she got a call on her phone while I was still speaking! The entire staff's attitude is similar; casual, unapologetic, and inhospitable, and they're all running from pillar to post, short-staffed, and lacking basic hospitality training. If you're looking for a loud, overfull place and don't mind such service, this may be the place for you. However, if your idea of a holiday is to enjoy the entire experience, I suggest you look elsewhere.
