Travelled with two kids age 14 and 15 returning to school. On booking I had booked 1 adult and two kids specifying their age. Charged extra at check in. I had communicated with hotel regarding upgrades etc. Actually availed a suit upgrade for rs 5000 plus taxes. But the suite at the hotel is difficult to classify as a suit as no separate sitting area. It’s is just a slightly bigger room.

This is a garbage hotel run by uncaring, thieves. We missed our flight due to a family emergency. They would not rebook us for the two rooms because they enjoy collecting money while not providing service. Find a different hotel. This one does not care about guests only the profit they made from 2 rooms we could not check into.

It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. I did not like that they only give one key per room. My husband and I traveled together with our toddler, and we needed an extra key. Also, we checked out and paid for a driver at the hotel to take us to the airport. When we got to the airport, someone walks up to the driver and says something. My husband and I did not understand and the person starts helping us with our luggage. He immediately charged us 500 rupees. The driver could have asked us if we needed help and that it would cost money.

I had to book this at last minute due to flight cancellation. Price was little high but I had a kid with me so had to take something nearest to the delhi airport to get in and out quickly. Morning breakfast buffet was so good. We enjoyed a lot.

I needed to have our date of stay changed back one night. The hotel management was completely unhelpful in doing this. I was not asking to cancel or get a refund, just change the date by one night. After 2 days of arguing with managers, the date was corrected, BUT I had to pay an enormous fee to change. Also, I chose this hotel so my children could swim, but the swimming pool was, "closed for maintenance".

Had been my family’s long standing go-to hotel for every international trip. Excellent location!! Good food and property. Customer service is lacking and leaves a lot to be desired. As a transit hotel (with the proximity to international airport) their service no longer meets the bar for a 5-star property - antiquated check in processes, rude and unfriendly reception staff, inability to contact hotel reception/staff, quality of rooms, in-room dining quality, car service to airport etc . Will be trying out one of the many other excellent properties in the vicinity.
