My family and I do not have a single complaint. From the moment we stepped over the threshold to our check out, the staff, amenities and facility are fantastic and out of this world. Coming from a culture where hospitality is paramount, I can honestly say Aloft Aerocity surpasses all expectations and embodies what hospitality truly are. We were greeted all day every day, every request was met without fail and the food was spectacular (dine in and room service alike). The chef made it a point to speak with us at each meal; at every corner a staff member was asking to provide us with support. All arrangements we required were completed without fail. One of the best stays ever. 10 out of 5 stars!

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. While there weren't many nearby eateries, the breakfast spread was amazing, and the service was excellent. Ankit from the concierge team was particularly great, offering helpful assistance throughout my stay. The room was spacious, and the cleaning team went the extra mile by surprising my kids with towel animals every day. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient for those traveling to the airport. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Construction noise didnt let my baby sleep...had a horrible stay at this hotel because if that. All I wanted was for my baby to sleep before flying to US on a 24 hr flight.

My whole family had food poisoning from the hotel. I think it is because they drank the water from the refillable glass jugs in our rooms. The hotel should provide sealed plastic water bottles instead of unreliable refillable glass jugs that can be tempered with.

Nice one night with family. Pool is nice and had shade from 5pm onwards. Only sad that no child area that is less deep. Can order food/drinks to pool via whatsapp. Shuttle cost to airport is Rs 1008 incl taxes one way for a Toyota Innova hotel car. Spa (massage and facial) was very good. Breakfast and dinner have sufficient options. Walking distance to aerocity restaurants/shops. Only negative was that they tried to charge for 3rd person (our toddler sleeping in same bed) despite booking it as 2 adults plus 1 child. They removed it once questioned but still not ideal.

I had very high expectation from this 5 star rating marriott brand hotel. I was traveling with my 10 months old infant from overseas. The room had heating issue, it was too cold and thermostat was not working. My little baby got sick the second day morning with fever, vomiting, cold as she was shivering all night. The hotel staff were not responsive enough and later on gave portable heather which didnt do any good. I requested for a refund but they didnt give me saying since I booked from Hotel.com they cant give me any refund. Bad amenities, bad staff, bad decision to choose this hotel.
