Great experience staying at the hotel. The location is great very close to CP. The staff is really caring. I was traveling alone with a toddler and the whole team made my stay so comfortable. Everyday, they even packed small snacks bag for my kid that lasted throughout the day. Would love to stay here every time I visit Delhi.

Traveling alone as a female can be uncomfortable but the hotel made my stay very pleasant and inviting. The property manager upgraded me to a nicer room and had chocolate delivered to my room from the downstairs bakery shop which was also a pleasant surprise. Additionally a full service restaurant and bar on the main level made it easy to entertain family members who joined me at the hotel for a nice lunch one day with many food options.

A delightful discovery! Arrived in Delhi early to join a larger group. I was guided to The Connaught via my assigned hotel. It is a beautiful mid-sized hotel, catering to tourists and events for local families and professional businesses. I was able to add an additional roommate using the Expedia on line services - with ease. The staff is professional and warm, taking extraordinary care of travel weary guests. They practice safety in securing the property, we felt safe. It is the the cleanest hotel I have ever experienced: my room, the common spaces, the gym, everywhere. The gym is excellent. During our stay a couple of beautiful private parties took place, one by the pool with music. Magical. Consider this New Delhi gem. The location is perfect on the Connaught Circle.

We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights at this property. Overall this property reflects the Taj Hotel Brand Standards. Clean space, moderately sized rooms, friendly staff, and conveniently located next to Connaught Place. One policy that I've not seen at other taj properties is not allowing outside food. So this is a big drawback to such a beautiful property. we had kids and they can be demanding and although we ordered room service sometimes their cravings can be over the top. getting food from the outside seemed impossible as the front staff was adamant that we can not bring outside food to the hotel. I've stayed in the ritz and Shangrila and such a rule didn't even apply to these brands so was confused why this property. Overall a good hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Positive Room is very clean ,good room service ,food is Ok but may need improvement for taste (especially South Indian foods) Room is very small (I had impression that it was little big because I carried 4 suit cases from international travel (bit uncomfortable to put all in small room) Airdrop pickup received sedan (very difficult to travel with family and 4 suit cases) . I could say they only asked airport pickup confirmation but not asking number of suitcases.
