The service and standard is good, we stayed for our wedding a weekend in september, we had two rooms one suite and one for our kids and nanny. The one with the kids rarely god cleaned. And we were so unlucky that one of our kids got sick. The housekeeping did not meet the expectaions, so I told the frent desk to help at several ocations. Out kid was sic in 12 hours in total of our 6 night stay so it was not a mess. The housekeeping did not speak english and was very loud. At the end of the stay I was told at since the extra cleaning is not included I could make a tip for the housekeeping. I could not belive I was recomended to tip for something that did not meet my expectaions. The service at the desk was amazing.

Fantastic hotel, great location for the Castle District and not far from very convenient metro and tram stops. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We have a suite which had separate rooms - the 2 children shared a sofa bed in the second room. Good choice for breakfast and at a reasonable price.

The staff was very helpful and attending to our needs with a large family group. I enjoyed the lounge and breakfast was the best I had found in Europe this trip. The location was convenient to everything. The hotel was kept up well and clean.
