We had a great stay here! Super close to main attractions, public transportation and restaurants. Travelled with my husband and small kids. Easy to find, super clean. Definitely would recommend.

The experience at the hotel was excellent, the family room was very spacious. It included a double sofa bed, a large/king bed and a cot bed, that the hotel kindly provided for us, two chairs, a small table, fridge, safe, shower and bath. The room was cleaned and made up very well everyday, the air conditioning was good, nice and warm. There's a metro station within easy walking distance and a car park directly outside the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel has great location and it’s its biggest advantage. Personal was also amazing and no complaints. The room was quite OK, but the bed was a bit smaller as in other Novotel hotels. Sofa for sleeping was uncomfortable, again surprise for me, because other Novotel hotels have sofa comfortable. The breakfast was so so. Some food was OK, some food was awful. I don’t know why but cucumber was really awful both days, my daughter loves cucumber, but she refused it and I tried and I couldn’t eat it. Juice was most probably from the powder or very cheap one, the same ham. If I compare breast with Novotel Szeged if different story. There is so delicious food and there have also food for kids, here is completely missing food for small kids.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights in September. Traveling with 4 children under the age of 14 is never easy. We asked for joining rooms at the hotel (which we received). Each room contained a double bed and a small pull out sofa bed. They call this room a "Superior Double Room." Let me start with the good: The rooms were clean and the location is fantastic with a breathtaking view of the Hungarian Parliament across the Danube. The metro is only 100 yards from the hotel. And now for the bad: The rooms are almost comically small. With the sofa bed extended and our luggage present, it was extremely difficult to walk around the room. The toilet and the shower are separate (which is nice) but again, very small. The toilet "room" is very similar in size to the toilet on an airplane. Exiting the toilet required a sort of pirouette maneuver because the door opened inward. The bed was not comfortable but it was also not the worst bed I slept in while traveling in Europe. The shower room had an external sliding door that did not close completely. This is by design. The door was approximately 1 inch away from the wall which allowed anybody in the room to look directly into the shower if they passed by at the right angle. The wifi connection was also very poor. It consistently dropped the session or stopped working completely. If you can tolerate the negatives, it's not a terrible place to stay, but we won't be back.

Very good hotel with really nice rooms and an excellent breakfast! The location is ideal for those that want to be away from the business of the Pest city centre and all of its nightlife. There is a metro within 5 mins walk. Some fantastic restaurants and being opposite the Parliament building the night time view is incredible. Good for families but coupes may find the breakfast after 9am very busy with children everywhere with lots of noise!

We stayed there on our first night in Budapest. The hotel is at a convince the location with easy access to things and attractions. I requested a river view room and it's worth every extra penny - we got a great view of the parliament and the river. The breakfast was great and has lots of item choices, solid tasty meal to load up for a busy sight seeing day. The room is clean and comfortable and our 2 kids (4&6) were comfortable on the sofa bed in our room. We only had limited interaction with the two front reception staffs who are very friendly. All in all this is a solid experience for me to give this hotel a 5 star rating.

Positive: clean, friendly staff, location, breakfast Negative: rooms are not suitable for more than 2 people, because they are not big enough for more than 2 people, the extra bed/sofa is totally uncomfortable and not suitable even for older kids.
