Noisy family next door.

Excellent service with front counter, dining and cleaning staff. The facilities are excellent for their price, and easy to get to various transport options. Also rooms to accommodate our family of 6 which are not easy to find in HK. Would definitely return!

Messed up our family's whole trip. First day next room was so noisy that couldn't even listen to the person next. We had raised strong complaints but couldn't hardly get into sleep since the kids all woke up. We also asked for portable heater because the room temperature was 20 to 21 degrees but got refused due to lack of inventory. All families got cold. Second day we asked for heater again, and could get one. But temperature only got adjusted to 21 to 22 degrees. We had to move to Shenzen for next travel schedule but this hotel which doesn't have any temperature controlling system made our family trip a nightmare.

Our family is a party of 5. I couldn't find any other room besides this hotel's family room in which we can stay in one room. We were delighted with this fantastic room. Our kids were so excited with the loft-type beds. They looked like secret bases.

The room is very cozy and clean, and the location is convenient; there are many restaurants located around the hotel. We have three people and we book a double room with extra bed, but the hotel upgrade my room to family room which is bigger. Having a very good experience

very excellent hotel on Nathan road. Near Bus A21 to airport and subway jordan. Good quality room and very clean Good for family holiday

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I was already impress with the 1st stay around 8 yrs ago. My 2nd stay hasn't disappointed me. I checked in late, got a free upgrade to family suit. The staffs at the front desk is super friendly. The room is very spacious and clean. It comes with free phone & data for wondering around HK. If you want to shop, this is the hotel for you, it's walking distance to all the shopping areas. If you need good coffee, Starbucks is just beside it. There is no need for include breakfast in your booking, there are tons little restaurants around the corner.
