Eaton HK

This hotel is not safe for my children, the public bathrooms are trans friendly. I can't accept men being allowed into the girls bathroom. Not acceptable, someone is going to get hurt.

Eaton is such a cool hotel. It’s very artsy. It’s near TST area. They have a dining hall with different food vendors. Their buffet is so good, filled with a variety of cuisines. Our family suite room on the 11th floor had a great view of the downtown HK. I loved it!

Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. The location is awesome, convenient to restaurants, 7 eleven for drinks, MCD for the kids, and shopping. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful, process was great. Only complaint is with the room, specifically the bathroom. The toilet was gross, was not clean, and showed the remains of the last user. It was gross. But overall, I will rebook and stay here again the next time I am in Hong Kong.

This is our 4th time at the Eaton in Hong Kong and as expected it was good. The price is ok for the area, the hotel is clean and well kept, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip to Hong Kong and recommend the hotel for family stays.

The lobby… is a little absurd. I don’t know why every time when we need to go back to hotel room and we have to go through a lot of smoking people. This is absolutely not good for toddlers in baby cars.

Super sustainable hotel suitable for those traveling as a family, with friends or as an individual. Highly recommended because it’s accessible to MTR and Temple Street Market. Would be my choice to stay if I visit HK again. Thanks Eaton Crew!

Excellent staff excellent clean room I love the quality of the housekeeping good job I had no problems whatsoever at the hotel I would recommend my family and friends to go and stay at the Eaton hotel I will be visiting there again thank you all so much had a wonderful time there

Hotel location is excellent being situated close to the Yaumatei Tin Hau Temple. It is about halfway along Nathan Road, with Mong Kok to the north and the Harbour to the south. The hotel has a small gym and rooftop pool, and the staff were polite and courteous. There appeared to be a hotel restaurant, but we made use of the many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. We were an adult family, and found it a pleasurable experience, and would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

Great location and close to MTR. We chose the hotel because of the family room,(bedroom and seperate room with bunk beds and small sofa) we knew from reviews the rooms would be small and they are, even tiny for a family of four. Once you have three or four suitcases in the bunk bed room especially open there is nowhere to walk. You couldn't open a suitcase in the main bedroom except on the bed. Only one tiny toilet and shower room. The room lighting controls are a real frustration as was the low amount of lighting in the room with bunk beds. Staff and cleanliness all very good. We didn't get this at good price so that reflects on the value for money so downgrading an otherwise 4 star review.

Great location! Easy walking distance from food and shopping. Good location to connect with friends and family.
