My 4th time staying at this hotel. Always a pleasant experience. Wanna commend concierge staff Tiffany for her excellent service in assisting me with friendliness in her replies. Speaks good English too. Other than not very kids friendly with the gym. Nothing much to complain about.

Hotel’s location is great as it is a 5-min walking distance to Harbourcity and to the MTR. However, the hotel is old and the shower’s drainage is slow. We have 2 rooms and my children’s toilet has a stench after using it for 1 day and the hotel can only use an air freshener to mask the smell.
