Excellent service from the time you walked through the door. Although I booked a family Room, the hotel upgraded us on arrival. The room had one big bed so our son slept between my partner and I. Overall. I would recommend this hotel, its situated just off Nathan Road near to the Star Ferry End, so was convenient to get everywhere.

Great location, near MTR and lots of eateries around. Housekeeping friendly. Rooms are clean and good size (especially in HK) for the family. Check-in is fast and cater to our request for both rooms to be near. Friendly front desk.

Old property, smells weird. Service is good. OK breakfast spread with nice service. Very convenient location. Hotels.com information is grossly incorrect. I was allowed to book a room with a child between 12-17 years on the site but was forced to pay extra at the property since they treated the child as an adult. Also, they do not have an airport shuttle.
