We booked 5 rooms in this hotel, as all of our coworkers are staying here. It is unfortunate that during our stay, Hong Kong is raining almost every day! One day, when we came back to the hotel, the rain was pouring down. We have a child with us, the taxi driver stopped a few steps away from the side walk. We ask the hotel concierge to help us because the 5 years old boy was scared. But they just shrugged their shoulder and told us they couldn’t help! This is totally unacceptable.
