Had an amazing time with my family. The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs

Damp smelling room was the most egregious part of my stay. Even after the maids would come in the room to clean it would still smell damp. The overall cleanliness of the room was also lower than standard in my opinion. I don't expect the bathroom to have mould on the tiles which I can wipe off with my finger if it has been deep cleaned before my arrival, or dust on the countertop. It's also very inconvenient to only have the option to have the room cleaned before 10am. Housekeeper will knock on door very early (8am) even if you have asked for privacy or to clean the room, but most people are not wanting to wake up at 8am on their vacation. The walls are also very thin, and not soundproof at all, so if you're not woken up by the housekeepers you will be by other guests who will all congregate in the corridor for some reason. You will also hear screaming children, crying babies etc. or the vacuum cleaner used by the maids in other rooms, which will for sure wake you up, whether you're jetlagged or not. Make sure you're given a room with a view as well. I wasn't bothered about not having a view of the racecourse or the city at all, so I paid less to not have that luxury. However instead I was given an opaque glass instead of a window in the room, so I couldn't look outside at all! Very depressing and claustrophobic. Location is also dangerous, on corner of very busy road, hard for taxis to pick up and drop off, especially with luggage. Altogether not worth the money.

We love the warmth & concern & genuine care rendered to us throughout the stay. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly, wonderful & attentive, one of them even made hot milk for my child. Staff we met helped us with our requests & many were caring too. The minus would be the dated room, the shower area & mat, a few strands of hair in the bathroom especially the bathtub, and slightly dusty under the beds. It was quite an at 20 minutes walk to get food & to get to the MTR Station, & there were no supermarkets or convenience stores within reach. Moreover, the cemetery was just opposite. I didn’t notice that on the map when I made the booking. The staff’s warmth & friendliness settled us in quite well. There’s certain repetition in the hotel breakfast but quality was reasonably good. The restaurant staff were so welcoming!

Location was good and the free shuttle service around 2-3 kms. radius at main drop off/pick-up points was a plus! Only restaurant option at the property was expensive. Room looked quite spacious in the photos but actual was tiny. The room that we were booked smelled like someone was smoking and had to request to be transferred since I had 2 kids with me -- it was accommodated immediately. Bathroom was cramped and looked old.

Great value for price. A bit far but perfect for our family of 3 as we just uber anyway. Very confusing for Uber drivers so choose the Main road and not luggage side instead. Buffet breakfast is quite lovely.

This one is a hidden gem. Although had issues with cleanliness, it was taken care of quickly.. The service from ground to cleaning is great, courteous, and warm. Self check-in/out is great option when there are too many people and efficient Yes the location is not the best but for my family of 3 it was perfect given the availability of shuttles (wish they had more time slots but it is still very good). They also have a whatsapp phone number in case you need service. Not sure why people were complaining about the buffet breakfast but it’s better than lots of establishments in North America. Small variations from day to day, from noodles, croissants, to dim sum to chicken nuggets, yogurt, good cappuccino, fruits, you cannot complain about the value provided. The 301sqft room is basic but the Elemis toiletries added a good touch.. I love the availability of water station on each floor, as well as the self-serve laundry on the second floor. Loved it!

Good location and easy to get around. Like. It’s hotels, this was small. We were told when we checked in that we would be upgraded to a family room (there was only 2 of us). When we went to the room, we were not impressed. They gave us a room with 2 double beds and the room was of the same size, so we essentially ended up with less space.

Great family stay! The room is a little bit smaller than we thought, but still comfortable. Breakfast so yummy and waiters even more kind and friendly!
