The hotel is in a very convenient location, easy access to buses and the mtr (subway) system. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, they made sure we had everything we needed as we were traveling with an infant. We stayed in the queen suite room. The living room and bedroom were both great sizes. The room was clean and modern. We also had breakfast included. The buffet was very good. There were a lot of choices and a fresh made egg station. Overall great stay.

Decent hotel but it was unfortunate they forgot our cot booking so there was a mild rush to find something on their part the first night - if you need a cot, ask many times! I msged like 3 times and still got forgotten. Otherwise was a decent place. We have 2 kids and booked the mini suite which was good amount of space for us.

The room size, cleanliness, room service and front counter service are good, the staffs are nice and willing to help especically the front counter and room service, will stay again. One little drawback is only one chair in the room, I have to fight with my wife for the chair, just kidding, but definitely additional chair will appreciate.
