Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout.

Island Shangri-La never fails to amaze me with their staff doing everything to please my 2 young kids who was staying there for the first time. Top notch staff and hotel.
