JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong

I'm amazed by how professional the service was at Marriot. They offered us hotel credits, alcohol beverages and cookie tin as a hotelscom gold member. Although I arrived at the hotel with one of my luggages missing, the staff who met me in front of the door showed me his concern and tried to help me. Moreover, Justin at the front lobby helped me greatly making phone calls and even wrote a letter to me later that night to let me know the whereabouts. It was the best experience I've ever had during my entire trip to SE Asia with many enexpected incidents. I felt so relieved when all the problems were dealt with. All the staffs were truly amazing, exept that Manho Chinese restaurant seems to require some formal attire which we had had not realized so our family chose to order room service instead (I'm the most dressed up, my hubby's on his polo shirt and long cotton trousers with his business backpack on, two girls in their casuals). Breakfast buffet was nice and my daughter accidentally broke the plate there but the manager did his best to make sure she's safe and said 'it's ok' to my embarrassed daughter. I will definitely be back here in the future but not the Chinese restaurant where no one explained why they couldn't accept us, only asking us which room number we got and so on...never ever even once happened in our entire life so we felt some discrimination. But it's ok - everything else was soooooo great. :)) Thanks a million!!!

Hotel is right at Pacific mall. Very CBD location. Staff were very nice and helpful. We had an infant and it was our honeymoon and they provided extra amenities for us. Very nice.
