Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort

We had a family trip to Infinity Bay. We came two years ago to Infinity and had a great experience. This time around it was honestly a two out of five. Poor customer service unless you are a “frequent traveler” to their resort. We had our rooms changed twice due to maintenance (our door lock stopped working and next room TV and fridge stopped working). They are to corporate and policy driven that they ah e lost the Roatan friendliness and welcoming attitude that has brought us back the last five years.

This was a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and the accommodations were very comfortable. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bath for a family of 4.

The location of this property is excellent. Easy access to beach, water taxi, activities, and restaurants. The new pool is beautiful, but there's a long way to go to update the property in general. There was construction work going on while we stayed, but we weren't impacted negatively by it. The property is about 20 years old, so there's a lot of maintenance needed such as pluming and electrical (the lights would flicker and I'm not referring to power outages on the island). The room itself was good for our family of 5, we were comfortable as far as furniture and bedding is concerned. The breakfast buffet was amazing, we really enjoyed going to breakfast. We visited during a low season, so there was no demand for lunch and dinner at the restaurant on the second floor, but the palapa on the beach was open with lots of food options. Even if they had lunch and dinner, I would not recommend the all inclusive, because then you limit yourself - go explore the area and try different places, there are a lot of options nearby within 5-10 minute walk. I would consider staying here again.

My family enjoyed our stay at Infinity Bay. We had a spacious 2 bedroom condo. The property was beautiful . My only complaint is, I wish the bar/food area would remain open later than 10pm on weekdays and later on weekends. Snacks and water should be accessible during after hours.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. Upon arrival I had to pay an additional 230$ because they “didn’t see” where I included my child. I slipped and fell in the room because it had a water leak somewhere. When they changed our room, we came back to find another families luggage in our room so they moved us again!! The final room was nice but the AC was ridiculously loud. Their apology was a dinner on them.

Great location right on west bay. However the room could use an update. Pullout bed’s mattress had a huge concave dent in it which made kiddo sleeping very uncomfortable. Provided bare minimum towels and bedding. (We were able to order more though.) Not even a dish cloth.

I Loved the location!!!!!!! I would stay here again and I have recommended it to family and friends.

Amazing place the rooms are super nice and clean and the bar staff were amazing treat you like friends! My boys led the stayed and kid friendly!
