Likes : decent, modern rooms , extremely friendly and helpful staff especially Ken and Marlon. Daily housekeeping, they replenish the water daily. The bed is comfortable. BISTRO is the best! I haven’t had a bad meal there. The bartenders are also very friendly and talented. They make some of The best cocktails and provide quality service. Dislikes : our first room had an odor , and was on the side of the property where the generator is located, so there was constant noise. Additionally, the property is being improved so there was construction during the day and materials in the hallway during my visit. I complained to the front desk staff about my room and, the manager immediately came to speak with me and relocated us. I gave this review 4 stars because of the noise nuisance and the initial smelly room. But, once we were relocated , our visit went smoothly. I have recommended this property to friends and family and will definitely stay there again.

THE GOOD The property is clean, new and well appointed in a central location in Georgetown. The staff are helpful, particularly the cleaning assistants and the porter, Mr. Walker. THE BAD All in all the rooms are comfortable but overpriced, being on the small side. The b/r in the Deluxe fam suite is accessible by pocket doors between bedrooms. Even with family this makes for very close quarters and little privacy. My sister booked the presidential suite and it was smaller than advertised. We subsequently discovered that room 301 and 302 although both classified as presidential suites are different in size; room 302 being the larger room pictured on the website. Imo, the rooms should not attract the same price. We encountered problems with the door, oven (not rectified) and had to call for water to be restored twice during our 6 night stay. The shower tiles are also very slippery. The bistro bar/restaurant is popular. Although sound proofed the noise carries up to the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors when bar guests come in and out of the bar. There is no elevator or laundry service on site. This ought to be clearly stated in the property description. The restaurant offers a decent a la carte menu for breakfast but lunch/dinner fare is extremely limited (mostly bar snacks). I don't know if it was attributable to the time of year, but many menu options were not available on request. Room service is available but slow.
