El Convento Boutique Hotel

Staff was a bit nonchalant. Made us wait after check in time for a room. We had two small kids so the wait was a bit excessive.

My family and I traveled recently to La Antigua and chose this hotel for our stay. We absolutely made the right decision!!! We very much enjoyed our stayed at this lovely hotel! The ambiance is beyond amazing! El Convento Boutique hotel retains its history from the colonial era and opens its doors to receive its guests and share the beauty of the architecture and art in canvases, images and beautiful figures. The property is spotless clean, and the gardens, fountains and terraces are meticulously maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable and immaculate. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast in the courtyard was awesome surrounded by nature and so was the service. The servers went out of their way to make sure that we had all we needed and more! Fredy our server for most of the days of our stay was excellent!! He happily assisted us with all our request specially with our vegan needs. He made sure we had a wonderful experience. The staff are all extremely kind. Our biggest complements and much gratitude. The restaurant offers a variety of amazing food options. The food was very tasty, plentiful, and enjoyed by all. Every aspect of our stay was simply amazing! We would highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to La Antigua!
