Front desk was extremely helpful upgrading us to a bigger room with an extra bed for our family of 5, when upon arrival they noticed we need an extra bed even though on the website it says this facility doesn’t offer extra beds! Super walkable to fantastic outdoor shopping mall and restaurants.

The location is amazing!!! I booked supposedly "2 queen beds" when i got to the hotel was told they only have full beds. It was pretty tight for me and my 2 children. I would give them probably 2 stars. I forgot the charger of my note 9 on the desk's outlet, I called several times to try to recover it and magically the charger vanished and was never found. All of this in within 12 hrs.
