Large, clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped. Every day they provide cleaning service in the apartment. Reasonable prices for the location. My family and I arrived on a trip from PR late at night, they welcomed us Kevin and he was very friendly. Place with a pool but the water was cold. Few employees welcome you with a smile and/or greet you. They seem serious. Little attention from the staff in the eating area.

We have made this hotel our home outside of the USA. The staff is welcoming, friendly and provide excellent service. Our kids love the pool and the playground area.

We visited for 1 night only. We stayed at a 2 bed 3 bath apartment style. Clean, spacious and free WiFi. We loved the breakfast and the room service. The only down I’d like to mention was our driver to the airport. His driving was wild, he was very rushed and we had 2 toddlers in the van so we had to hold on to them tightly. Besides this hiccup I would stay here again.

Staff was good. Other guests with children were terrible. I suggest an adult only time late in the day for pool and hot tub.

This property was so beautiful. The services was excellent and the rooms were very clean upon arrival! Nice spacious rooms equipped with a small kitchen and mini fridge and microwave made it easy traveling with children and accesible! Definitely recommend

Quite and nice hotel in the top area of the city. You can walk around and exercise during mornings. Nicely decorated, the hotel features a very nice pool and gym. Rooms are incredible comfortable and nice views to the city and volcanos. Staff is friendly and the restaurant very cozy. For long stays with family and short business stays you can feel like home. One of the most important and rare services: one of the few pet friendly hotels in the city. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice hotel in a quiet residential part of the city. We stayed in the family suite which is very accomodating and spacious. Will use this place again!
