Holiday Inn Guatemala City, an IHG Hotel

Had 3-kids (total of 5-people) and a bunch of luggage. When we checked in the room number was written on the folded paper room key sleeve. The room number written looked like 7407, we were told the room number was the last 3 numbers. Elevator needs key card to go to specific floor your room is on. Needless to say this caused problems (up & down elevators with kids and luggage each time) trying to locate correct floor and room number that was found to be 1401. Went back to front desk twice and another clerk had to write the correct legible room number “1401” on it after they saw where the confusion was. After we knew the correct room number it was easy to get to room and floor. Pool, room and hotel were clean and would stay here again.

Perfect place to be with the family

This is a modern clean hotel. I love how modern are the best, bathrooms and all the room. I wasn't happy about the front staff that did not allow my family inside the room. That doesn't happen in others hotels. Near places to eat and the airport. I love you stay in Holliday Inn

this property is located in a good location, is visited by a lot of tourist, nice cleaning crew especially Gloria our house keeper, Pool area I personally didn't like it to many kids and the water looks super cloudy, check in and out was excellent, a lot of restaurants and places to shop around the hotel, price was Good and for sure we stay there again!
