This is a small but wonderful hotel. I stayed before and after my cruise with my 2 children (3 nights and one night). Rooms are in mint condition and ok size for Europe. Service and friendliness of staff is beyond compare. Price is an excellent value. You can walk to everything. View of the Acropolis from the rooftop is beyond compare. If you want a wonderful hotel as the perfect base of operations while in Athens at a very fair price, look no further.

The property is beautiful but very tiny feeling. It was hard to fit my entire family of 6 and luggage for the week in the lobby. The beds were firmer than wood. On the bright side, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the surrounding area is safe. Not a lot of 5 star options in the area so we chose this and it was only for the night before returning to the States. It was very quaint and charming and would photograph well if that was a priority.

we had a very serious family health emergency, and this hotel was unwilling to work with us in any regard. We did not expect a full refund, but perhaps a credit to use, I even offered to come during the busy season and we could not get any cooperation.

The room is unique and very luxurious. We had two rooms for a family of 4. It is truly a gem of a hotel - something gorgeous at every turn. Great location. They do not have the option to turn on the AC in winter and we had to leave windows open. It was very noisy. They later said they could have provided fans - but the front desk failed to mention that and we spent a night awake.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We had 3 rooms and each were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One night i was cold and text the front desk and within a few minutes they knocked on the door with a blanket. The location was perfect, everything walkable. Would stay here again!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Pinnacle prior to our cruise. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable- within a stone’s throw of the Plaka, Syntygma Square and walking distance from the Acropolis. Highly recommend!!!

A very pleasant stay at a centrally located hotel, with staff who truly understand customer service, from the receptionist to the person who welcomes you for breakfast, and the fantastic rooftop view. I will definitely come back with my family

Stayed at the Pinnacle for 3 nights, when we got there, we were welcomed by Yiota and were given a full overview of the property as well as the surroundings, Yiota was very kind and helpful and was a pleasure to chat with. The view of Acropolis from the rooftop was amazing. We had a great stay at the Pinnacle hotel and will be sure to suggest it to our friends and family. When we return to Athens, we will be sure to come back and stay there again.

The staff was absolutely amazing. I wish I knew all their names because I would list them. They made us feel like family and was accommodating on every request we made. This was by far the best Hotel we have ever stayed at.
