Airotel Alexandros Hotel

The hotel was clean and the service was wonderful. The hotel people went out of their way to help and make sure that our family were comfortable and our 2 year old grandchild got milk before bedtime. We received a bottle of wine for each room and the swimming pool was like a beach - absolutely delightful and just right for children.

My first time to Greece - this was a great hotel with fantastic service and extremely clean and organized amenities despite the age of the property. It’s very simple, classic euro-hotel. Delicious breakfast, rooftop bar, and absolutely adorable rooftop pool. Well kept!! Seemed family friendly as well. I solo-traveled this one and felt safe as a female guest.

The Hotel needs serious renovation. We booked a family room for 4 and we were surprised to see that in the room they were 2 single normal beds, an extension/part of the sofa bed with a single mattress which was not stable and the sofa itself which was used as a bed (you couldn't even seat on this...not to sleep) !!! Definately this set up didnt allow us to sleep, rest and enjoy our stay (see photos). Furthermore, one of the days of our stay we were given a towel which was very dirty and it seemed that it was not washed or checked prior placed in the bathroom as clean !!! (See photos). The small pool in the roof couldnt be used unless we were charged a minimum fee...even if there was no avaiabe beds which we fin unacceptable for 4star hotel. Apart from the above the staff in the reception and the breakfast area was very polite and always ready to assist.
