This hotel is located in the heart of Cologne old town. It is about ten minutes walk to central train station, Cologne Cathedral, Rhine river, and Schildergasse shopping street. Our room is clean and comfortable. The adjacent Früh restaurant serves good German foods such as Schnitzel, crispy knuckles (Schweinshaxe), etc. with Früh beer. The receptionist, Melody, speaks good English and is very helpful. She always answered our questions with big smiles.

We stayed for couple of days in the triple room - good for short stays with children. Hotel is fairly new and provides quite good breakfast. Staff at the reception is friendly. The only downside is that there is no tea/coffee in the rooms and even on premises.

Great hotel close to the cathedral and connected to the Fruh restaurant and lounge. No frills in our room, but provided water for our stay and breakfast was nice. Pleased with the large family room option.
