Nice stay but something has to be done with the drug addicts across the street. It does not feel safe to have kids around. I know its not the hotels fault but the city officials really need to clean up. Other than that the hotel is clean and would recommend again.

‘Additional charging without any notice’ I stayed 1 night on 03Nov23 and payed for the room when I checked out on 04Nov23 (12:06 PM). It was 152 EUR but additional payment, 46 EUR, occurred without any notice and my permission at 14:28PM 04Nov23. When I checked out the staff asked me about breakfast but definitely I didn’t have it. My family ate DUNKIN donuts for the breakfast bought from Frankfurt Main Station previous night. I asked about the additional charging and requested cancellation but there was no response.
