Nice property for the low price. One downside is the surrounding area- a lot of homelessness, and as it’s a nightlife spot, we had to avoid multiple patches of vomit on the pavement that were yet to be cleaned up. Area didn’t feel unsafe- just not particularly pleasant. Wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again myself, but wouldn’t return with my young daughter. Also, the rooms are not soundproof, as the hotel ‘family friendly’ section describes.

Bathroom was small & odd. Location was convenient but not feeling safe, definitely not recommended for family.

You have to want to be in the action. The hotel is situated in the hussle of Frankfurt, 3 blocks from the train station, local girls on the kiddy corner from the hotel - later at night of course, a street framers market between the hotel and the train station and lots of eateries and corner stores. However, if you want quiet and do not want to be in the center of things, maybe this is not the place for you. I had a great time there.
