Great location. Very roomy family suite! Front desk staff was AMAZING! Manager, not so much. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would simply not recommend hotels.com. Go straight to the hotel website! Location was great for walking to city center, historic places, getting on transportation and to Oktoberfest!

The staff was absolutely amazing!! Renia explained the hotel to us and helped us to our room; she even printed out directions to our destinations and explained exactly how to get there! The room for our family of 4 was perfect. The family room has 2 smaller beds that fit our 13 year olds, and a nice queen size bed for us. There was so much space with a small living area and dining area. It is a little bit loud outside at night but that is to be expected when staying in a busy city. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived in Munich early and asked to leave our luggage, but they had a room available and let us check in early. The gentleman at the desk walked us to the elevator and explained everything and was very friendly and kind. The room was nice and clean. We were just there for the night, but we both slept like babies. Very firm and comfortable mattresses.
