Hotel Adria München

My family (4 of us) stayed here for 3 night in December. The hotel was sufficient. We had a junior suite which was first floor tucked in a corner off the lobby which turned out to be quite convenient. The beds were bigger than my American standards we’re expecting of European comfort. On the end of the same street is a Cafe we went to daily and sometimes twice daily called Cafe Lehel. Very nice to have close to accommodations. There are also a couple of good German restaurants within a couple of blocks. The walk to Old Town was took a bit. We were walking in snowy and icy conditions which probably made this seem longer than it was. The tram is not all that convenient either to old town, especially in bad weather since the most convenient stop is above ground by Maxmonument (¿sp?). The 21 takes you one stop before you need to get back off saving only minimal effort over walking, the 19 takes you a but closer but still several minutes walk to get to Marienplatz. Overall good value especially if weather is pleasant.

This was a great choice for our family and our needs. Great space in room, adequate breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Recommend

The hotel was family friendly and with in walking distance to several Christmas markets. Which is what we wanted to see.

We loved the Lehel area around this hotel- was very quiet- however the rooms get very hot because there is no A/C and the windows only open a crack so you don’t get a breeze thru. The beds were also quite uncomfortable especially for the kids who had the trundle ones. Staff is really nice.
