The Good: Very nice hotel. Every thing is very clean. Hotel modern in decor, but not uncomfortable. Staff were always very helpful, welcoming. Breakfast buffet was expensive, but no more than many similar hotels, and had a huge variety, excellent quality: numerous hot dishes including various sausages , bacon, eggs forvegetarian/ vegan potatoes,mixed veg, beans. variety of breads, rolls, etc. including German pretzels which was nice. Standard cold buffet. Lots of fruit. All the items refilled constantly. Excellent service, facilities, value,amenities The room: a great bath, wide deep.Big bathroom. Decent bedroom, spacious, separate toilet Could improve: weird setup where bathroom tub and shower are separated from the room by a semitransparent glass with flowers on it - you can still see the person showering or bathing in silhouette. Not comfortable for families or coworkers sharing a room. This could easily be changed, adding a shade. No face washing cloths! Would have been nice to have an area away from the front doors for smoking: both for nonsmokers , and to permit people who are staying there to have some privacy in their casual wear @ morning/night, w/o mingling with ppl attending events in business clothes- again, awkward, standing in sloppy sweat pants in a crowd with dresses and heels, and suits, conversing and networking after an event. Chair in our room had badly cracked fake leather. Needs replaced. Few restaurants nearby-Be aware if you have little kids

The hotel was very clean and modern. The pool was fantastic. One thing- we stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and everything was great except there was no kitchen/kitchenette in the room. Normally this is something I would expect. But the room was fantastic otherwise- very spacious, separate areas for the kids and parents.

The staff amd property were exceptional in service and cleanliness. Great location close to a train station and food. Our kids loved the pool and the beds were comfy!

Spacious, clean, exactly as advertised. Our family of five really needed three bedrooms, but the common area with sofa bed had a door, so it felt like 3 BR. Having full bath with half path was a huge plus. We always use public transit, and you are steps from the tram and a short walk to subway. There is a small grocery at subway so we could eat faster/cheaper breakfasts. Highly recommend. Staff was multilingual and very helpful.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for 3 nights. The hotel staffs were friendly. We were lucky to have a free upgrade to a suite for our stay. A lot of varieties for breakfast buffet and food was great. The hotel also equipped with a sauna and gym room at the top floor. Unfortunately we ran out of time and didn’t get a chance to try it out. Highly recommend this hotel for business traveler or small family.

Family city break, made use of the fantastic family room at this hotel. Loads of space, more like a large apartment than a hotel room. Great service on the couple of occasions we needed assistance. Would recommend.
