Novotel München City Arnulfpark

The room is clean and calm. And all facility is good for family travel. Breakfast is good and many healthy food. My family all were satisfied with your hotel.

Do not recommend if traveling with a family. For the onsite restaurant, It says it offers a kids menu, but they are full-size adult priced dishes. They also forgot our food one night. We asked an hour after they gave our kids their food (since we asked for theirs to come first) and they were rude to us and didn't come back for another 30 min with cold food and a check. Our child got sick in the hotel room and when we called down for help, they were dismissive and never told anyone to help clean our room. We had to wait 4 hours until they did their normal routine to help us. I mentioned this at check out and they said oh, sorry and moved on. Also, horrible location if you are with small kids and want to walk to places, so do not pick this place for location. Please take off family friendly hotel. Will not return and will not recommend.

Lovely stay, great breakfast and really good for children.

Stayed for 5 nights on a family city break. The hotel was in an excellent location having a tram stop virtually opposite and a train station 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is less than a mile from the centre of Munich so you can walk everywhere if you wish. The breakfasts were lovely and all the staff were attentive and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean with a good sized bathroom and lots of space to store clothes.

The hotel was excellent booked a room with sofa bed for our two kids We came and found the room ready with the sofa bed ready with sheets and pillows, very new hotel , the lobby is very warm and welcoming and was very active when we were there The street appeared safe but no shopes near by ( pure buisness street ) one tram will put at city center , so no worries
