This was the best stay I've ever had in a hotel. Hands down. The staff was accommodating and understanding. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient for transportation, with the electric train and the underground located right outside. The breakfast was fantastic. The room service food was very good. The cleaning service for the room always knocked it out of the park. The entertainment options in the room were convenient. All-in-all, my family of 4 (two young children) had a wonderful time, and we'd be quick to come back to Munich, if for nothing more, coming to this hotel once again.

Very good hotel for business trips and families. The hotel is close to the Train station and Metro line. Due to corona virus situation and regulations this time the service was limited but still acceptable and managed by the personal in a professional way. Many thanks
