Overall okay stay. Rooms are very small with minimal places to set bags. There is NO A/C in the rooms (only a fan unit), so the window has to stay open and it’s very loud. Shower was large, but wide open to room? Maybe okay for couples, but definitely not good for family stays. Bedding seems like it may have been nice one day, but is very broken down now. Location by train/bus station is convenient and the staff was very nice and spoke great English.

A pretty good hotel which provides what it is to provide. Place is really well cleaned, for example even the restroom accessable from the lobby was really clean, in fact it was the cleanest one I have experienced in the city. The place is well designed all over: The architecture, the interior details. It has a style and it is really functional with all its details. Though I would like to add that I stayed alone, I cannot fully comment for the people who would come here with family or the significant other; such people may find rooms a bit small. Other than that, place is perfect, also the location is perfect. It is in a calm neighborhood and also quite close to the public transportation, train station "Munich East", which is a central hub for railways. It took me approximately 30 minutes to come from airport to the Munich East station using the train, and approximately 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from the station. Also, the hotel is at a walking distance to the Marienplatz; it may take a while to walk to Marienplatz but the city is designed in an easily walkable manner so if you are healthy enough, a pretty walking experience with a sweet ambience is available. Hotel personnel was really helpful and friendly. Furniture was ergonomic and comfortably. Overall, it was a really smooth stay, 5 stars out of 5!
